How to use and inflate a mascot suit

Pneumatic mascot suits are designed to create a bright visual effect while remaining comfortable for the performer inside. Thanks to the built-in ventilation system, the costume quickly fills with air and keeps its shape throughout the performance. To ensure safe and comfortable use, it is important to follow a few simple steps when putting on and inflating the suit.

1. Prepare the space

Start by spreading out a mat or soft surface on the floor. This will make it easier and cleaner to put on the suit and prevent the fabric from touching the ground.

2. Connect the air system

Attach the corrugated pipe to both the suit and the vest. Then connect the battery to the connector using a screwdriver. This battery powers the fan system that inflates the costume.

3. Secure the legs

Step into the suit and fix the legs using the internal fasteners. This helps the costume stay in the correct position and ensures better stability while moving.

4. Put on the vest

Put on the vest and adjust it so it fits comfortably on your body. Place the battery into the front pockets of the vest. This distributes the weight and keeps the power supply secure during use.

5. Put on the suit

Carefully pull the suit over your body. Fix the internal fasteners inside the suit and then close the zipper. Make sure everything is secured properly before starting the system.

6. Start the inflation system

Connect the two parts of the connector to start the fan. The suit will begin to fill with air and gradually take its full shape.

While working in the suit, make sure that nothing blocks the ventilation opening. Proper airflow is essential for both the performer’s comfort and the correct shape of the costume.

7. Perform!

Once the suit is fully inflated, you are ready to start. With proper setup, pneumatic costumes provide a unique visual impact and allow performers to work comfortably during events, promotions and shows.

We wish you bright, fun and comfortable performances in Show Plus inflatable mascots!
